Kid Logs a Chore → Parent Approves
Kids prove they did the work; you control what gets paid. Balance only updates after you approve.
Prerequisite
Your child needs their own login. See Invite a child or second parent first.
Path A — Kid logs from Home
1. Child taps Add Activity on Home (Completed tab).
2. Selects themselves, enters chore name and amount, taps Save Entry.
3. They see “Chore sent to parents for approval!” — balance unchanged until you approve.
Path B — Assigned task
1. Parent creates a task (+ Kid tab or Up for Grabs).
2. Child: Activities → Assigned Tasks → Mark Done.
3. Parents receive a notification to approve.
Parent approves
1. Tap the bell in the top bar.
2. Check chore, date, and reward — edit if needed.
3. Tap Approve to credit the ledger, or Reject to dismiss. For group chores, tick which kids participated.
