Getting Started

Welcome to Chores Done! Follow this quick guide to create your secure parent account and initialize your family's task tracker.

Choose Your Login Method

Select your preferred login method below to see the exact setup steps:

Open the sign-in screen

Go to app.choresdone.com.au (or open the Android app). You’ll see Email / Password fields, Log In, Create Account, plus Google and Microsoft under “Or continue with”.

Choose create or join

On Get Started, tap Create a new family if you’re the first parent. Or tap Join with invite code if someone already invited you (see the join step below).

Name your family

Create family · Step 1 of 3. Enter a household name (it appears at the top of the app for everyone), then tap Continue.

Add your kids

Step 2 of 3. Enter each child’s name. Invite email is optional — if you add one, we’ll email them a link to join as that child profile. Use + Add another child for more kids, then tap Continue.

Confirm and finish

Step 3 of 3 — Almost there. Check the family name and any invites, then tap Create family & finish. You can send more invites later from Settings.

Or join with an invite code

If you chose Join with invite code, enter the 6-character code from your invite email or parent, then tap Join family.

Household created?

Install Chores Done on your phone so the family can open it from the Home Screen like a native app.
