Cash Out Pocket Money
Record when you hand over real money or when a child spends their balance. This updates the in-app ledger only — not a bank account.
Bank of Mum & Dad: You still pay kids in cash or your own banking app. Chores Done tracks the score so everyone knows what is owed.

Open Home
Parents only: kids do not see the Cash Out button. From Home, tap Cash Out next to Add Activity.

Enter the withdrawal
Select the child, date, reason (e.g. Bought a toy), and the amount to withdraw in dollars.
Balance decreases on Home

Tap Cash Out
The entry appears in Recent Activities as Cashout: [reason] and reduces that child’s balance.
